Data Engineer

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree from a major in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Minimum 2-5 years of overall work experience in designing, developing, and managing data architecture.

3. Have competence in the fields of Data Modeling, ETL process, Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL), Programming Language (Python), Data Governance, Data Security

4. Strong analytical and communication skills

5. Willing to work in the office (location: South Jakarta)

Job Description

1. Design, develop, and maintain a robust and efficient data architecture to collect, store, and process data from various sources in a used car sales website platform.

2. Develop and implement optimal database schemas, and ensure data integrity and quality to support accurate analysis and decision making for the development and management teams.

3. Build and manage data workflows (data pipelines) to flow data efficiently from source to destination, so that relevant information can be accessed and used quickly by various parts of the company.

4. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and development teams to understand data needs and provide solutions that enable in-depth analysis and application of business intelligence within the used car sales platform.

5. Budget Planning: Planning budget needs and periodically monitoring its use

6. Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance

7. Regularly monitor the team's work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area
