Job Descrip>on:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our team as Business

Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across our cloud and

observability services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling APM tools or cloud-based solu>ons, and

will play a key role in driving the adop@on of cloud services, building strategic partnerships, and

contribu@ng to the overall growth of our cloud business.

Responsibili>es:

Conduct thorough market analysis to iden@fy opportuni@es for cloud and observability

services in various industries

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and compe@tor ac@vi@es

Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and collabora@on with marke@ng

teams

Convert leads into successful business rela@onships by showcasing the value of our cloud

and observability solu@ons

Iden@fy and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including cloud service

providers, technology partners, and industry influencers

Collaborate with partners to create joint value proposi@ons and drive mutual success

Engage with poten@al clients to understand their business challenges and goals

Provide consulta@ve guidance on how our cloud solu@ons can address their specific needs

Manage the sales pipeline effec@vely, from lead genera@on to deal closure

Collaborate with cross-func@onal teams to ensure successful implementa@on of cloud &

observability solu@ons

Develop in-depth knowledge of our cloud products, observability and services

Conduct product presenta@ons and demonstra@ons to clients and partners

Generate reports and data for sales analysis

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realis@c forecasts to the management

team

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team

Manage the en@re sales process from lead genera@on to closing

Understand client needs and tailor observability and cloud solu@ons accordingly

Represent the company in client mee@ngs, events, and industry engagements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marke@ng, IT, or a related field

5+ years experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in cloud,

SaaS, or APM (observability) solu@ons

sales record working with or selling tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk,

or similar

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and plaQorms like AWS, Azure, GCP

Demonstrated experience in long-cycle sales (39+ months), stakeholder alignment, and

solu@on-based selling

Strong business acumen and ability to handle consulta@ve selling to technical and nontechnical stakeholders

to manage and report pipeline, forecasts, and strategic accounts using CRM tools (e.g.,

Salesforce/HubSpot)

Excellent communica@on and nego@a@on skills in English
