Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within banking, fintech, or digital banking.

1. Experience in agile delivery, and large scale software and infrastructure implementation for banking/payments organisations
2. Experience in business projections and program management
3. Demonstrated success in launching and managing new products with new business partners
4. Experience in a senior technology role for large/complex projects involving multiple technologies
5. Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders/ partners to build and launch solutions
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
7. Strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing
8. Strong understanding of BaaS B282C business models, financial products, and services
9. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
Expertise in BaaS platforms, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), API architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
Experience in launching digital financial products using an agile, MVP-driven approach. Strong understanding of banking infrastructure, payments, eKYC, digital wallets, and
API-based financial ecosystems.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing technology vendors.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Indonesia (OJK, BI) and compliance requirements for financial services technology.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
