At least 5–6 years of hands-on working experience in SAP S/4HANA MM, with strong exposure to both functional and business process perspectives. Proven knowledge and practical experience in SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes, including procurement catalog functionality and comprehensive Inventory Management scenarios.

Project Lifecycle Experience: Involved in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, covering all phases such as business blueprinting, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, unit and integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support.

Certifications: SAP S/4HANA MM certification is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and logical thinking. Capable of designing efficient, scalable solutions and documenting them clearly in Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to serve as blueprints for ABAP or technical developers.

Additional Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work effectively under tight schedules and high-pressure environments. Knowledge or experience in agribusiness processes is a plus. Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as TMS, ACM, EWM, PS, FI, CO, SD, PM, and PP. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and fluent in English.
