SAP PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to improve maintenance operations, asset reliability, and system adoption.

Responsibilities

Conduct business requirement discussion.

Translate requirements into a clear business solution design document and functional specifications for RICEFW objects.

Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for development.

Perform and validate unit testing activities.

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Train-the-Trainer (TTT), End-User Training (EUT), go-live, and post–go-live stabilization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM / SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.

Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP PM business processes.

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management innovations and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Good documentation and presentation skills.
