    1. Translate enterprise AI strategy into executable roadmaps
    2. Oversee AI squads to deliver and scale AI models that drive operational and financial impact.
    3. Collaborate with business units, Data & Analytics, and Technology to embed AI solutions into business workflows.
    4. Work backwards to conceptualize and design analytic model frameworks to solve business problems
    5. Strong communication skills to share your learnings, lead with the given strategy, get multiple stakeholders to buy into the vision and execution of the analytics roadmap
  2. Requirements
    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
    2. Proven expertise in AI productization, MLOps, and applied machine learning
    3. Demonstrated success in leading AI teams delivering measurable ROI and operational efficiency
    4. At least 5 years of leadership experience
    5. Proven experience to formulate data science solutions to business problems
    6. Proven ability to communicate with business and know business needs
    7. Work experience and knowledge of more than one domain is a plus - Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Fraud analytics etc.
    8. Experience in Model Context Protocol is a plus
