  • Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
  • Handle dispute resolution, including payment issues and negative feedback through email responses.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented email interactions.
  • Conduct daily audits of assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and process compliance.
  • Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate information.
  • Manage all assigned tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely email resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently.

Experience:
2+ year of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Should have good communication & English writing skills.
