Job description: 

• Identify and troubleshoot fit and pattern issues, providing precise corrections and follow-up.
• Review and approve garment construction and finishing techniques to ensure durability and wearability.
  
• Conduct Fit checks    
• Collaborate with pattern makers to refine and finalize garment patterns as per design intent and size grading.
• Maintain and update accurate tech packs, measurement specs, BOMs, and construction details.
• Lead quality assurance checkpoints in collaboration with QC and production teams to ensure sample and bulk quality
• Monitor consistency in sizing, construction, and quality across all product categories.
  
  Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in technical design, preferably in western wear.
