Responsibilities:

1. Ensure garments meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct thorough inspections of fabrics, trims, and finished garments to identify defects. Provide feedback to rectify issues and enhance overall quality.

2. Develop detailed technical specifications for each garment, including materials and sizing. Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into production-ready designs. Ensure accurate communication of design requirements.

3. Manage the fit process to ensure garments fit consumers correctly. Conduct fit sessions, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired fit. Work with pattern makers to iterate prototypes until standards are met.

4. Source and evaluate fabric and trim options, considering performance and sustainability. Collaborate to develop new options meeting design and quality requirements.

5. Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. Provide technical support to resolve production issues. Monitor timelines checkpoints to maintain standards.

6. Stay informed about regulations governing garment production. Ensure garments comply with safety, labeling, and environmental requirements. Obtain necessary certifications or approvals.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating technical information clearly. Address potential challenges during garment development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in garment technology, technical design.
