REFERRAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

By recommending an applicant, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Referrer Eligibility: You confirm that you are eligible to participate in the referral program and are not in violation of any laws, regulations, or contractual obligations by making a recommendation.

Recommendation Accuracy: You certify that the information provided in your referral, including the candidate's qualifications and experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any misrepresentation or false information may result in disqualification from the referral program.

Consent of the Candidate: You confirm that you have obtained the consent of the candidate before making the recommendation and disclosing their personal information to us. The candidate should be aware of and agree to the information being shared for the purpose of the referral.

Candidate Evaluation: The company reserves the right to evaluate the recommended candidate based on its standard selection process and criteria. The referral does not guarantee employment or an offer of employment to the candidate.

Confidentiality: You understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information that may be disclosed to you during the referral process. This includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, customer information, and any other sensitive information related to the company.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in relation to the referral program and your participation therein.

Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our referral program page or other designated platforms.

By making a recommendation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
