The Collections Admin, Transactional Team is responsible for processing customer payment activities, including handling check extension requests and redeposits. This team ensures timely, accurate, and policy-compliant collections processing in support of the frontline collections team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process extension requests received from Collectors.
  • Manage redeposit transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with debit verification in coordination with the Disbursement Team.
  • Post transactions accurately and timely.
  • Ensure timely handling and management of physical checks.
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth transaction flows.
