Collections Associate (Late Stage Bucket)

Collections Associate (Late Stage Bucket) is responsible in handling non perfoming accounts from 181 days past due up to 270 days and conducts skip tracing for unlocated accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recovery bucket deals to those long time past dues and none-payment clients.
• Offers account restructuring agreement which allows clients to pay to their requested monthly amortization or partial payments.
• Recovery bucket conduct skip tracing to those confirmed clients that are already hiding and moved out in their given addresses.
• Visits the clients in their given home addresses and check the statuses of the businesses if are really incapacitated to pay.
• To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverable
