About the job Project Management Associate
The Project Management Associate will be responsible to implement Department projects. He/she will coordinate and collaborate with System Developer, Business Analyst and System Testers althroughout the Project Life Cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
2. Interact and collaborate closely with the stakeholders.
3. Communicate and cooperate with Software/System vendors.
4. Ensures that information is captured and disseminate to all stakeholders
5. Prepare project documents such as Project Charter, Workplan, Communication plan etc.
6. Able to mitigate Project Risk
7. Able to communicate/work with Senior Executives in a multicultural context.
8. Strong knowledge in System Development Life Cycle.
9. Support Transformation Department reporting and governance requirements
10. Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes, and track action items
11. Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to AVP-Head of Transformation
12. Prepare regular project status reports and dashboard.
