About the job Project Management Associate

The Project Management Associate will directly report to the Transformation Department head. He/She will be responsible to plan, coordinate and oversee company projects and ensure its completion.

Specific roles and responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
  2. Interact and collaborate closely with the stakeholders
  3. Communicate and cooperate with software and system vendors
  4. Ensure that information is captured and disseminate to all stakeholders
  5. Prepare project documents such as, project charter, workplan, communication plan etc.
  6. Able to mitigate project risk
  7. Able to communicate and work with senior executives in a multicultural context
