  • Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project priorities and objectives.
  • Ensure clear communication of project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the Project Management function.
  • Support organizational change management related to projects.
