Project Management Manager

The Project Management Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's project management function. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with business goals. The Project Management Manager provides leadership to project managers, establishes best practices, drives continuous improvement across all projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project priorities and objectives.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the Project Management function.
• Support organizational change management related to projects.
