Collections Associate

The Collections Associate is responsible in executing collections activities for past due accounts and achieving

the given target per month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handles accounts from 16-60 days past due
• Negotiating payment terms
• Monitoring and maintaining payment records
• Following up clients for overdue payments
• Updating the clients remarks based on the discussed agreement
• Do field visit if necessary
• Knows how to drive motorcycle and four wheels
• To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverable
