Client Success Associate

The Client Success Associate under the Credit and Client Success Department warmly assists clients during their loan release process in the office. The role focuses on providing smooth, professional, and welcoming client experience while ensuring all required documents and signatures are properly completed. The position also supports coordination between clients and internal teams to help facilitate timely loan releases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all signed documents and requirements from client were collected.
• Welcome and assist clients visiting the office for loan release transactions.
• Guide clients in completing required forms, documents, and signatures.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted requirements prior to release.
• Maintain organized filing and monitoring client documents.
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and positive client experience throughout the release process.
• Manage number of all appearing clients.
• Provide accurate and valid information to clients.
• Manage clients who are in rush.
• Follow proper communications, procedures, guidelines, and policies.
