Attrition Management Associate

We are looking for an Attrition Management Associate who will report directly to the Attrition Management Manager. The AMT Associate is responsible in bringing new clients, retaining and reactivating dormant accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance with the client loan inquiry;
2. To bring in new clients;
3. Negotiating with clients to renew and/or retain application;
4. Submit loan application in a timely manner;
5. To convert potential clients to actual loan releases; and
6. Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan related issues;
7. To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverables.
