The Customer Service Team is responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback across multiple channels including phone, email, chat and social media. This role ensures timely and accurate resolution of customers issues, delivers products and services information, and escalates complex concern to the appropriate departments when necessary. Additionally, the team gathers and reports client feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively with the provided tools.
  • Providing detailed information about the company's products and services.
