a top-rated legal firm, located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the firms next generation of HRIS. This newly created role is ideal for a systems minded HR leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and cross functional collaboration. Lead HRIS strategy, vendor evaluation, implementation, testing, and launch
Oversee payroll and benefits systems, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution
Optimize cross functional workflows to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Develop and maintain HR processes, policies, forms, and documentation
Build dashboards and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership insights
Drive change management, communication, and training for new systems and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (required)
10+ years of HR operations or HRIS experience, including system implementation leadership
Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
Deep knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HR technology best practices
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Legal firm or professional services experience is a plus
