About the Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer to support site development projects for local and regional developers and property owners. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level engineer or experienced civil designer who enjoys producing quality drawings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and seeing projects move from concept to construction.

Youll join a well-established team and work on a variety of site-focused civil engineering projects with room to grow your technical skills and project exposure. This is a direct hire position for our client.

Salary: $70,000 to $130,000 Depending on Experience

Location: Greenville, SC (100% Onsite)

What Youll Do

Prepare civil engineering designs and construction drawings

Perform site assessments, planning, and layout work

Assist with stormwater management and site development concepts

Support project managers with technical documentation and coordination

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

Collaborate with internal disciplines and external permitting agencies

Contribute to multiple projects in different stages of development

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

PE is preferred

Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and comfort with stormwater analysis tools

1 to 3 Years Experience in Civil Engineering Design or 3 to 5 years experience in Civil Engineer Drafting

Experience producing site development drawings

Revit experience a plus

Experience dealing with permitting agencies a plus

Construction Management experience a plus

Multi-discipline experience (civil, structural, MEP) a plus
