Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (OTE approx. €75,000 – €95,000)
Work Model: 100% Remote (Germany-based)
Travel: 2–4 trips per year (Hamburg)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Manager to join a growing Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions within a modern SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholders

Analyze customer requirements and design scalable solution architectures

Lead technical and business workshops to map systems, processes, and integrations

Own and manage Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) end-to-end

Respond to RFIs/RFPs with high-quality, winning proposals

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy
-
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and create enablement materials
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
-
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Consulting

Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud, and microservices
-
Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders

Fluent German (C2) and strong English (C1)
Nice-to-Have

Experience in Subscription, Billing, Payments, or Quote-to-Cash domains

Background working with enterprise clients across industries

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, Python or Java

Experience with BI tools, monitoring systems, or prototyping tools
