About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Krakow. In this hybrid role, you will help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales pipeline. Relocation support is available for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2)

  • Good English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and business development platforms

  • Willingness to relocate to Krakow (relocation support provided)
