About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to transform client relationships into a strategic advantage. This role goes beyond retention—you will unlock insights that directly influence product development and business strategy.
You will manage a portfolio of 5–7 strategic accounts, focusing on building scalable systems, strengthening partnerships, and shifting the organization from reactive support to proactive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic client relationships end-to-end
- Anticipate client needs and maintain trust during both success and challenges
- Identify patterns across accounts and translate insights into product improvements
- Lead monthly performance reviews with actionable, data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate audits and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Turn successful client strategies into repeatable playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Sales
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients (5–15 accounts)
- Proven ability to handle escalations and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Mode)
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes
- Track record of improving client outcomes through scalable processes
