What you'll do:

• Support users via chat, email, and phone
• Assist with account, privacy, and technical issues
• Help maintain a safe and user-friendly platform
• Guide business users in improving their online presence

What you need:

• Fluent Russian
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Basic technical confidence
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
