Customer Support Representative – French Speaker (On-Site, Porto, Portugal)

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to subscriptions, billing, and basic technical support

• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance with a customer-first approach

• Identify customer needs and offer personalized, effective solutions

• Represent the brand with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

Your Profile

• Native French speaker or C2 level proficiency

• No previous experience required — full paid training provided

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset

• Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 19:00

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 930 EUR gross/month paid in 14 installments

• Meal Allowance: 9 EUR per working day

• Performance Bonus: up to 100 EUR/month (from the 4th month)
