Job Summary

You will provide specialized care for critically ill infants and children, managing complex and ensuring high-quality neonatal and pediatric intensive care services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Manage critically ill pediatric ICU and neonatal patients.
• Provide life support and critical interventions.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans.

Collaboration

• Work with pediatricians, neonatal specialists and ICU teams.
• Support family communication and counseling.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to pediatric and neonatal care protocols.
• Maintain documentation and reports.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Head of Pediatrics

Educational Requirements

• Fellowship qualification (Pediatrics/Neonatal specialization)
  
• Valid MDCN registration
  
• NRP Certification (mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years' pediatric ICU and neonatal experience

Knowledge

• Pediatric critical care and neonatal protocols
