Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deposit Mobilization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain investments from individuals and businesses. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain deposits from individuals and businesses

- Identify potential investments sources and develop relationships with key stakeholders

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform deposit mobilization strategies

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote deposit products and services

- Train and mentor sales and marketing teams on deposit mobilization techniques

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to deposit mobilization

- Monitor and manage deposit portfolio to ensure profitability and minimize risk

- Provide regular reports and updates on deposit mobilization activities to senior management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing depositors to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in deposit mobilization, preferably in the financial industry

- Strong understanding of financial products and services

- Proven track record of successfully mobilizing deposits from individuals and businesses

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to deposit mobilization

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The Deposit Mobilization Manager will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

The position will be based in our office in Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos state.
