What You Will Own
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a high‑performing sales team across assigned territories. Provide coaching, field support, and performance feedback to drive consistent results. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and enforce accountability.
2. Recruitment & Capability Development: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives. Roll out capability‑building programs, sales training, and performance improvement plans. Ensure the team is equipped with product knowledge, sales tools, and market insights.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics. Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
4. Performance Management: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions where needed. Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
5. Reporting & Insights: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Recommend improvements to strengthen sales effectiveness.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives. Provide customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
