The Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, executed, and tracked across all business units. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

This is a full-time, remote, high-intensity role aligned with US working hours. It is designed as a growth role, offering deep exposure to building and scaling multiple companies, with a clear pathway into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1) Executive Support & Execution

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to manage daily priorities across multiple business and operational needs

  • Take ownership of urgent, high-priority tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision

  • Act as a proxy for leadership when needed by providing updates, following up on initiatives, and moving work forward

  • Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure accountability and consistency

2) Company Operating Rhythm

  • Ensure all business units are progressing against defined goals, KPIs, and timelines

  • Maintain simple but effective execution systems such as task trackers, weekly planning, and status reporting

  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and execution gaps, and drive timely resolution

  • Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure clarity on ownership and next steps

3) Inbox & Communications Management

  • Manage executive communications, including email triage, drafting responses, and follow-ups

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, partners, vendors, and customers

  • Organize documentation, decisions, notes, and SOPs to ensure accessibility and continuity

4) Meetings & Scheduling

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple entities and priorities

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all participants are properly briefed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field

    5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, Executive Assistant, Program Management, or similar high-impact support roles

  • Prior experience in technology, AI-driven, startup, or high-growth environments is strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage complex priorities across multiple projects or business units simultaneously

  • Strong experience working closely with senior executives or founders in fast-paced organizations
