About the Job

As the Investment & Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-value investment and fund mobilization strategies while leading a performance-driven team. Youll work with high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients to craft bespoke investment portfolios that deliver consistent results. This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional with proven success in meeting and exceeding aggressive financial targets.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of investment and wealth growth strategies.

• Mobilize significant deposits and investment funds from targeted markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, asset managers, and financial institutions.

• Develop tailored financial solutions aligned with clients long-term goals.

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver on investment and mobilization targets.

• Monitor market trends to identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in investment, fund mobilization, or wealth management.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.

• Experience from commercial banks, asset management firms, or other top-tier financial institutions is mandatory.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.

• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• In-depth knowledge of investment products, market trends, and client portfolio management.
