About the Role
You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, accelerating revenue conversion, and protecting the sales pipeline by filtering and advancing serious buyers.
The role requires a sales-driven professional who can engage prospects quickly, conduct structured qualification conversations, and move high-potential leads toward inspections or strategic sales conversations.
You will play a critical role in improving response time, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring that the sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response & Engagement
- Respond to all inbound leads within 5–10 minutes across digital channels.
- Engage prospects professionally to understand their interest and requirements.
- Provide initial information and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Conduct structured qualification calls to assess budget, timeline, purchase purpose, and source of funds.
- Categorize leads into Hot, Warm, or Cold based on qualification criteria.
- Ensure only qualified and serious prospects move forward into the sales pipeline.
Sales Coordination & Booking
- Schedule property inspections or strategy calls for qualified prospects.
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Follow-Up & Conversion Support
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects until conversion or disqualification.
- Maintain strong engagement to keep prospects moving through the sales funnel.
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately log all interactions, lead status updates, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records for pipeline visibility and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage 100–150 inbound leads daily.
- Achieve 20% or higher lead qualification rate.
- Meet weekly targets for inspection or strategy call bookings.
- Contribute to monthly revenue influenced through qualified leads.
- Maintain lead response time SLA compliance (5–10 minutes).
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead qualification roles.
- Proven experience handling high volumes of leads in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines is an advantage.
- Strong sales and lead qualification skills.
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and assertive communication style.
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage large lead volumes.
