Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Executive drives property sales, strengthens client relationships, and executes marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and revenue. The role blends field sales, digital marketing, client advisory, and market intelligence to support the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and field marketing; convert leads into closed sales.Client Relationship Management: Guide clients through property options, site inspections, documentation processes, and after-sales support.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations, proposals, and investment pitches.
Market Research: Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing shifts, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate on social media campaigns, property listings, email marketing, and online ads to boost visibility.
Brand Promotion: Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, roadshows, and community events.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, weekly reports, and pipeline forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications Criteria
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred)
