Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives with a strong background in cosmetic sales to drive product distribution and revenue growth across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing client relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cosmetic products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within designated territories
- Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising in retail outlets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
Requirements
- Proven experience in cosmetic sales (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
- Strong customer relationship management skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in cosmetic or FMCG sales
- Existing network within the cosmetics distribution chain is an added advantage
