Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content that showcases our real estate offerings and strengthens our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing digital content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on storytelling, visuals, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Produce high-quality videos, photos, and written content for property listings and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote properties and services
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and digital content best practices
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance
  • Cover on-site shoots, including property tours and promotional events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (video, photography, and/or writing)
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of real estate marketing is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation or digital marketing
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
