In addition to its energy portfolio, the company operates a premium automobile division specializing in the sale and sourcing of luxury and executive vehicles for high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate fleets.
The organization is known for its commitment to service excellence, innovation, and long‑term client partnerships. It is currently strengthening its commercial team to support aggressive market expansion and deepen its footprint across both the energy and automotive sectors.
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic relationships across the companys energy and luxury‑automobile businesses. The role requires deep sector knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to close high‑value deals with industrial clients, corporate organizations, and premium consumer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation across LPG, CNG, diesel supply, power solutions, and luxury/executive vehicle sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, real estate, FMCG, and government sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle for luxury vehicles, including client prospecting, vehicle sourcing, negotiation, and delivery coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, facility managers, fleet managers, industrial clients, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and close high‑value contracts.
- Provide technical and commercial advisory on energy solutions, including fuel supply planning, power backup systems, and gas conversion opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, auto dealerships, and energy service providers.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B and B2C sales capability across energy and automotive sectors.
- Deep understanding of LPG/CNG systems, diesel supply chains, and power solutions.
- Proven ability to sell luxury/executive vehicles to premium clients and corporate organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract‑closing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years proven business development experience in energy (LPG, CNG, diesel, power solutions), luxury or executive automobiles.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Performance Indicators
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Growth in key accounts and new business acquisitions.
- Sales pipeline quality and conversion rates.
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Expansion of strategic partnerships and market presence.
