The organization values structure, discretion, efficiency, and excellence, and is seeking a dependable Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to senior leadership.
About the Job
The Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Managing Director. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, handle confidential matters with discretion, and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, professional, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the MDs daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation on behalf of the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and minutes as required.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for documents and records.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Track action items from meetings and ensure completion.
Operational & Personal Support
Assist with travel planning, logistics, and itineraries when required.
Support special assignments, projects, and events as assigned by the MD.
Provide occasional support outside regular hours or on Saturdays for special occasions.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Represent the MD and organization professionally at all times.
Qualification/Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Bachelors degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Must be resident in or able to commute easily to Lekki Phase 1.
