Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to handle timely and safe delivery of shisha products to customers across Kano. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient delivery operations while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver shisha products promptly and safely to customers
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes within Kano
• Verify delivery details and ensure correct orders are dispatched
• Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate records when required
• Ensure compliance with all road safety and traffic regulations
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery rider
• Valid rider's license and good knowledge of Kano road networks
• Ability to ride safely and responsibly under all conditions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery tasks
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Familiarity with using maps or navigation apps is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch rider
• Experience in delivery services within the hospitality or food industry is a plus
