 Principal Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities in cosmetics markets

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences

  • Prepare and present business proposals, pricing strategies and growth plans

Sales & Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, salons, e-commerce platforms and key accounts

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

  • Drive new product launches and expansion into new channels or regions

Branding & Market Presence

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions and product launches

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and business meetings

  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and innovation

Report & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecast and performance analysis for management

  • Track KPIs, customer acquisition, revenue growth and market penetration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale distribution/business development, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty or personal care industry

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets

  • Experience working with distributors, retailers or international market is an advantage
