Role Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support the company's growth by generating leads, engaging prospects, and assisting in converting opportunities into revenue. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the BDR will play a critical role in expanding the client base and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and networking
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development Manager
Present basic information about insurance products and services to prospects
Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to support conversion
Assist in preparing proposals and client documentation
Track and report on outreach activities and lead conversion progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
