Why This Role Exists
As EISS continues to expand its client base and recruitment portfolio, we require a Recruitment Support Analyst who will strengthen our backend recruitment engine. This role exists to ensure that job briefs are accurately translated into compelling job descriptions, CVs are professionally profiled, and talent pipelines are proactively built and maintained. The Recruitment Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, faster turnaround time, and a high‑quality candidate experience across all recruitment projects.

What You Will Own
As the Recruitment Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. CV Profiling & Candidate Documentation: Review, refine, and professionally format candidate CVs. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS or internal database.
2. Job Description Creation & Publishing: Translate client briefs into clear, compelling, and well‑structured job descriptions. Ensure JDs reflect industry standards, role expectations, and employer branding. Publish job openings across approved platforms, job boards, and internal channels.
3. Talent Pool & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain structured talent pools for recurring and strategic roles.Conduct proactive sourcing to identify potential candidates for future opportunities.Tag, categorize, and organize candidates for easy retrieval and pipeline visibility.

4. Data, Reporting & Process Optimization: Track recruitment activities, pipeline movement, and candidate engagement metrics. Provide weekly reports on job postings, pipeline status, and candidate availability. Recommend improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and data accuracy.
