Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketer to drive property sales, generate leads, and promote our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and increasing brand visibility within the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and services
- Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Promote property listings via social media, email campaigns, and direct marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
- Organize and participate in property tours, inspections, and open houses
- Collaborate with the sales and content teams to drive campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales and marketing targets
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and lead conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing techniques and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus
