Position Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and operational anchor to the CHRO, supporting the execution of HR strategy and ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives. This role is responsible for driving HR operations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and policy implementation across the organization. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to build a high‑performance culture and support the company's growth ambitions.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or managerial HR role.
- Experience in the insurance or broader financial services sector is highly desirable.
