Why This Role Exists
As EISS expands its client portfolio and recruitment volume, the need for strong operational coordination becomes even more critical. The Recruitment Operations Analyst role exists to ensure that every recruitment project runs smoothly behind the scenes — from candidate documentation to interview scheduling, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
This role is the backbone of our recruitment operations, enabling recruiters to focus on sourcing and client delivery while ensuring the entire process remains organized, efficient, and data‑driven.
What You Will Own
1. Candidate Documentation & Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records across ATS and internal databases. Organize CVs, profiles, scorecards, and recruitment documents for easy retrieval. Ensure all candidate information is properly formatted, tagged, and stored.
2. Recruitment Project Monitoring: Track recruitment workflows, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects. Monitor candidate pipelines and flag bottlenecks or delays to the recruitment team. Maintain trackers that provide visibility into project status.
3. Interview Coordination & Management: Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow‑up sessions with candidates and hiring teams. Manage communication, reminders, and logistics for all interview stages. Ensure interview documentation, feedback, and outcomes are captured accurately.
4. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including pipeline updates, candidate status, and project progress. Provide data insights that support decision‑making and process improvement. Track KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, candidate engagement, and project completion rates.
5. Operational Support: Support recruiters with administrative tasks that enhance efficiency and turnaround time. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, candidates, and clients. Contribute to process optimization and documentation of recruitment SOPs.
