About the Role

You will be responsible for driving the company's business growth through active marketing of insurance products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting overall company goals.

You will act as a key ambassador for the organization, representing the brand in client engagements, marketing events, and presentations while supporting the branch/regions strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

  • Market and promote the company's insurance products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Support business growth initiatives through targeted marketing and client engagement strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewal, and high satisfaction.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients in Benin and surrounding areas.
  • Provide client feedback and insights to support product improvement and strategic planning.

Reporting & Representation

  • Prepare and submit regular marketing reports on activities, prospects, and performance.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, presentations, and client engagements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch/Regional Lead in line with organizational objectives.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Chief Client Officer

Grade: Assistant Manager – Deputy Manager

Qualification/Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in insurance marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in the insurance industry.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
