A specialised retail outlet focused on high-end lubricants and automotive fluids is seeking to recruit energetic and result-driven Field Sales Representatives to support business growth through direct customer engagement and outdoor sales activities.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to mechanics, auto parts dealers, workshops, fleet operators, and other potential customers within assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, customer-oriented, and capable of building strong business relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers to promote company products
• Visit workshops, mechanic hubs, auto dealerships, and related businesses to generate sales opportunities
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper use of lubricants and automotive fluids
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification (OND/HND is an added advantage)
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage
• Basic understanding of automotive products and lubricants is desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Must be energetic, proactive, and willing to work outdoors
• Familiarity with Lagos routes and business environments is an added advantage
