They are seeking a highly strategic and commercially aware professional to lead strategic thinking across the Experience Design function.

Job Summary

The Strategy Lead will be responsible for driving and elevating strategic thinking across campaigns, activations, and experience-led projects. This role will shape how briefs are interpreted, how insights are uncovered, and how ideas are translated into impactful audience experiences.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic capability with creative collaboration, ensuring concepts maintain clarity and relevance from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic development across major projects, campaigns, and client pitches
  • Translate briefs into clear strategic problems, opportunities, and insight territories
  • Develop culturally relevant and human-centered insights that inspire creative direction
  • Collaborate closely with creative, spatial, and production teams to align strategy with execution
  • Structure audience journeys and experience narratives across projects
  • Review and maintain quality standards across strategic outputs and presentations
  • Mentor and guide junior strategists within the team
  • Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and department-wide thinking standards

Experience & Background

  • Minimum of 7–9 years' experience in strategy, brand planning, experiential marketing, advertising, or related fields
  • Proven track record delivering high-impact campaigns, activations, or experience-led projects
  • Prior experience in leadership or senior strategic roles within creative or experiential environments

Technical & Functional Capability

  • Strong end-to-end strategic thinking ability (brief insight idea experience)
  • Ability to translate strategy into real-world audience experiences beyond communication ideas
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and narrative development capability
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and brand engagement
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary creative teams
