ROLE OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a culturally aware, insight-driven, and creatively strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Strategist / Strategy Manager (Experience Design).
This role is responsible for shaping meaningful brand experiences by translating consumer insights, business objectives, and cultural understanding into compelling experiential ideas and strategic frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that ideas are not only strategically sound but are experienced meaningfully by audiences in physical, digital, and immersive environments.

You will work closely with creative, design, and experience teams to develop experience- led thinking across campaigns, activations, installations, and branded environments.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop experience- led strategic thinking across campaigns, activations, and brand experiences
  • Translate client briefs into clear insights, strategic directions, and idea territories
  • Collaborate closely with creative and experience teams to shape and refine ideas
  • Build compelling strategic narratives, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Ensure strategy aligns effectively with audience experience and execution
  • Support client presentations, brainstorming sessions, and ongoing project development
  • Identify relevant cultural, consumer, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of experiential and brand engagement projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Advertising, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in strategy, brand planning, experiential marketing, advertising, or creative consulting
  • Proven experience working on campaigns, activations, experiential projects, or brand engagement initiatives
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative and multidisciplinary teams

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Strong strategic planning and insight development capability
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation development skills
  • Ability to connect consumer insight to creative and experiential execution
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior, brand strategy, and cultural relevance
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong communication and articulation skills
  • Creative and conceptual thinking ability
  • Collaboration and relationship management
  • High emotional intelligence and curiosity
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience within experiential agencies, advertising agencies, or innovation consultancies
  • Exposure to experience design, retail experiences, installations, or immersive brand environments
  • Background in cultural strategy, behavioral insight, or consumer research is an advantage
  • Experience supporting or leading client pitches
