About the job Program Manager – Digital Risk & Insurance Platforms
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and govern multiple strategic initiatives across the Risk Management Consulting (RMC) portfolio and Purple Genie, an AI-driven digital insurance and risk platform.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end program ownership, ensuring alignment between business strategy, product development, technology delivery, regulatory requirements, and partner execution. The Program Manager will serve as the central coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring predictable delivery, transparency, and scalable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program & Portfolio Management
- Own and manage multiple concurrent programs across digital platforms, consulting engagements, and ecosystem initiatives
- Define and maintain program charters, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
- Track dependencies, risks, and inter-program impacts to ensure timely execution
Business, Product & Technology Alignment
- Act as the primary interface between business, risk, product, and technology teams
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into structured execution plans
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and on-ground delivery
Governance, Planning & Reporting
- Establish and run program governance structures, including steering committees and review forums
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and decision briefs
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risks proactively
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Coordinate with internal leadership, delivery teams, and external partners including Insurers and reinsurers, brokers and ecosystem partners, technology vendors and system integrators
- Support leadership in client discussions, partner reviews, and rollout planning
Change Management & Adoption
- Support rollout readiness, change management, and adoption planning
- Ensure solutions transition effectively from build to live operations
- Capture lessons learned and to drive continuous improvement across programs
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 10 -14 years of total professional experience
- 5+ years in program management, delivery management, or transformation roles
- Strong experience in program or large-scale delivery management
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience working in digital platforms, enterprise systems, or consulting environments
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Preferred/Good to have
- Exposure to insurance, risk management, fintech, or financial services
- Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery frameworks
- Experience with digital transformation, SaaS platforms, AI, or data-led initiatives
- Background in consulting, enterprise product delivery, or transformation programs
