Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System


Required skills and qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills required for this job
  • Experience in End-to-end Recruitment
  • Proficiency in sourcing CV from Hiring Platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field- (Batch from 2024- 2025)
