About the job Talent Acquisition Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Required skills and qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills required for this job
- Experience in End-to-end Recruitment
- Proficiency in sourcing CV from Hiring Platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field- (Batch from 2024- 2025)
